Raj High Court dismissed SI Recruitment 2021
Rajasthan High Court dismissed SI Recruitment 2021
The Rajasthan High Court on Thursday gave a big decision and canceled the Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment-2021. Under this recruitment, the examination was conducted for 859 posts, but the allegations of paper leak and large-scale copying had put the entire selection in the dock.
The High Court admitted – there was fraud in the recruitment
The division bench of Justice Sameer Jain had reserved the decision on August 14 after the completion of the arguments of both the sides, which has now been pronounced. The court said that there was a large-scale irregularity in the recruitment process, even RPSC members were found involved in it.
Petitioner’s lawyer Harendra Neel told that the court has ordered that all 859 posts of 2021 recruitment be added to the new recruitment. That is, now 897 additional posts will be included in the upcoming recruitment.
The court said in its order that the paper was leaked in three ways in this recruitment exam. First, two members of RPSC leaked the paper. After that, a large number of dummy candidates were made to sit in this recruitment.
Thirdly, Jagdish Bishnoi and other gangs leaked the paper of this recruitment in the entire state.
The court said that it is not possible to differentiate between right and wrong in recruitment.
The court also said that many candidates had given the paper honestly. We have sympathy for them, too. But if even a single person becomes in charge of a police station through a paper leak, then it will not be right.
