NSUI will organize ‘Nasha Chhodo, Jeevan Jodo Yatra’ from 22 Feb
NSUI member during the poster launch of the 'Nasha Chhodo, Jeevan Jodo Yatra'
The student wing of the Indian National Congress, National Student Union of India will organize “Nasha Chhodo, Jeevan Jodo Yatra” under the leadership of State President Vinod Jakhar from 22 February 2025. This yatra will start from Jaisalmer and will be taken out in the form of a cycle yatra. Whereas 100 permanent travelers will participate in this yatra, while thousands of youth will keep joining it at different places informed Jakhar during the poster launch.
NSUI State President Vinod Jakhar said that , “the objective of this yatra is to highlight important issues related to the youth, women, minorities and underprivileged sections of Rajasthan and make the government accountable to these problems. In particular, this yatra will raise the increasing drug addiction among the youth in the state as a serious issue and demand its solution.”
NSUI Rajasthan will also present their support to the “Save Khejri Movement” during this yatra.
This yatra will reach Jaipur via Jaisalmer, Barmer, Balotra, Jodhpur, Beawar, Ajmer. During this yatra, street plays, street meetings, public dialogue and meetings will be organized in every city, town and village.
