BSF stands for the Border Security Force, which is one of India’s primary paramilitary forces responsible for guarding India’s international borders, maintaining peace, and preventing cross-border crime and terrorism.The Border Security Force (BSF) was established on December 1, 1965, by the Government of India under the Border Security Force Act.
