better results, 3 days of carbs along with 3 days of a non-carb diet can be followed.


What to Eat: Start your day with half a teaspoon of cinnamon, along with a pinch of turmeric
powder, and lemon juice with hot water. This would not only help in the detoxification of the
body but also result in improvements in metabolism and liver wellness.

One can go either with Poha or Idli and Sambhar with more drumsticks. During lunch, Dal-Rice or mildly spiced biryani, freshly homemade french fries with chicken, tofu, fish, or veggies, along with cucumber in the
salad, is suggested. He also points out that to avoid paneer, one must take a 400 mg calcium tablet

replaced by olive oil. It is also advised to avoid oats, jawar, bajra, and dairy products.

protein and fats, cutting carbohydrate consumption. An increase in saturated fat leads to heart disease and
a lack of antioxidants, which aid in the fight against disease-causing radicals. While proper and right
